POLICIES

    • No firearms on premises, including paintball guns, and air guns
    • No hunting on the property
    • No ATV’s may be ridden on the property
    • Possession of any illegal substance prohibited
    • Renter shall not sublet his/her contract
    • No smoking inside cabin
    • No refunds will be made in unforeseen circumstances pertaining to acts of God.

Minimum Stay Requirements

    • There is a 2 night stay requirement.

Damages

    • We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. .

Amenities

    • Occasionally appliances, hot tub, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, the hot tub is sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat,Please abide by the hot tub procedures, rules, and precautions. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Bugs

    • Please be aware that you are coming to stay in rural area. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or mice during your stay.

Holidays

    • Holidays are charged at the weekend rate, and usually have minimum stay requirements (call for exact dates).

Payment

    • Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
    • A deposit of 50% of rent is required when booking reservation.
    • A 10% tax is added to the rental rates

Cancellations

    • No refund of deposit will be made if a cancellation occurs within 14 day’s of the arrival date.
    • Cancellation prior to 14 days of reservation will incur an administrative fee of $25.00.
    • NO SHOWS or cancellation the day of the reservation or day prior will be charged the full amount.

Refunds

    • No refunds will be issued for disruptions of any utilities including, but not limited to, power outages, water outages, etc. These failures are beyond our control and no refund or reduction will be given.
    • *We recommend our guest consider Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance can cover losses you may incur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as health issues, death or inclement weather. It is relatively inexpensive and readily available from numerous providers online at www.squaremouth.com.
    • NO REFUNDS will be made in the event a person is asked to vacate the premises because of disruptive behavior or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies.

Check-In

    • Stafford Hill Cabins,  Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm. We will work diligently to have your cabin ready for you right on time, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required or when your hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund in these situations.

Check-Out

    • Stafford Hill Cabins,  Check-Out is by 11:00am. Simply clean up, leave the key on the dinning room table before leaving the cabin. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that each cabin is ready for our next guests.

Occupancy

    • All of our rates are based on two-person occupancy, additional guests are $25 per night. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the cabin and to the number of guests included in your reservation.
    • We do not allow additional visitors.
    • You will be charged for any additional guests.

Smoking

  •  Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Smoking in the cabin will result in a $100 charge.

 

Pets

  • Well mannered, house broken pets are allowed in your Stafford Hill Cabin, and with prior approval. Because of the additional time involved in cleaning the cabin that a pet has stayed in, there is a charge of $25 pet fee, per stay.
  • A maximum of two pets at the cabin are permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse any reservations
